利用規約 Terms of Service

1. 適用 1. Scope

本規約は、Chrome 拡張機能「SR Data Extraction」（以下「本拡張」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本拡張をインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は本拡張を利用しないでください。 These terms govern the use of the Chrome extension “SR Data Extraction” (the “extension”). By installing or using the extension you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. ライセンスと費用 2. Licence and cost

• 本拡張は MIT ライセンスのオープンソースソフトウェアです。ソースコードの利用・改変・再配布は MIT ライセンスの条件に従います。本規約と MIT ライセンスの内容が矛盾する場合、ソフトウェア自体の利用許諾については MIT ライセンスが優先します。 The extension is open-source software released under the MIT licence. Use, modification and redistribution of the source code are governed by that licence, which prevails over these terms where the two conflict with respect to the software itself.
• 本拡張の利用に対して開発者が課金することはありません。ただし、利用者が接続する LLM API の利用料金・Google アカウントの利用条件は、利用者と各サービス提供者との契約に基づきます。 The developer charges nothing for the extension. Fees for the LLM API you connect to, and the terms of your Google account, are matters between you and those providers.

3. サーバーレス構成と BYOK 3. Serverless design and BYOK

本拡張には開発者が運用するサーバーが存在しません。データは、利用者自身の Google Drive / Google Sheets と、利用者が自身の API キーで契約・指定する LLM API（BYOK: Bring Your Own Key）の間でのみ流通します。開発者が利用者のデータを受信・保存・収集することはありません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。 The extension has no developer-operated server. Data flows only between your own Google Drive / Google Sheets and the LLM API you contract with or specify using your own key (BYOK). The developer never receives, stores or collects your data. See the privacy policy for details.

そのため、データの保全・バックアップ・アクセス管理（共同研究者との共有設定を含む）は、すべて利用者自身の責任で行っていただく必要があります。 Consequently, safeguarding, backing up and controlling access to your data — including how you share it with collaborators — is entirely your responsibility.

4. 利用者の責任 4. Your responsibilities

• 取り込む論文 PDF について、利用者自身が適法に取得・利用できる立場にあることを確認してください。学術研究目的のデータ抽出（テキスト・データマイニング）は日本の著作権法上の権利制限規定（第 30 条の 4 等）の範囲内であるとの整理に基づいていますが、適用される法域・契約（出版社との購読契約等）は利用者の環境により異なります。 Ensure that you are lawfully entitled to obtain and use the PDFs you import. Text and data mining for academic research is treated as falling within the limitations of Japanese copyright law (Article 30-4 and related provisions), but the applicable jurisdiction and contracts (for example publisher subscription agreements) depend on your own situation.
• LLM API へ送信される内容（論文本文を含む）は、送信先プロバイダの利用規約・プライバシーポリシーに従って扱われます。機密性の高い資料を扱う場合は、送信先の条件を事前に確認してください。 Anything sent to the LLM API — including full text — is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Check those terms before processing sensitive material.
• 本拡張は「AI による事前抽出 + 人間による検証」を前提に設計されています。AI の出力をそのまま研究成果として用いないでください。抽出値の正確性・研究上の妥当性の最終的な責任は利用者にあります。 The extension is designed around AI pre-extraction followed by human verification. Do not use AI output as a research result without checking it. You remain responsible for the accuracy and methodological validity of the extracted data.
• API キー・OAuth 認証情報の管理は利用者の責任で行ってください。 Keeping your API keys and OAuth credentials secure is your responsibility.

5. 禁止事項 5. Prohibited use

本拡張を、法令に違反する目的、第三者の権利を侵害する目的、または接続先サービス（Google API・LLM API 提供者）の利用規約に違反する態様で利用しないでください。 Do not use the extension for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe the rights of others, or in breach of the terms of the services it connects to (Google APIs and your LLM provider).

6. 無保証・免責 6. No warranty and limitation of liability

本拡張は MIT ライセンスに基づき「現状のまま」（AS IS）提供されます。開発者は、商品性・特定目的への適合性・非侵害を含むいかなる保証も行いません。抽出結果の正確性・完全性、サービスの継続性、Google API や LLM API の仕様変更に対する追随についても保証しません。 The extension is provided “AS IS” under the MIT licence, without warranty of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No guarantee is made as to the accuracy or completeness of extraction results, continued availability, or compatibility with future changes to the Google or LLM APIs.

本拡張の利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害（データの消失、研究上の損失、API 利用料金の発生を含む）についても、適用法令が許す最大限の範囲で開発者は責任を負いません。 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the extension, including data loss, research setbacks or API charges you incur.

7. 第三者サービス 7. Third-party services

本拡張は Google API（Sheets / Drive / OAuth）および利用者が指定する LLM API を利用します。これらのサービスの提供条件・可用性・料金は各提供者が定めるものであり、開発者は関与しません。 The extension uses Google APIs (Sheets, Drive, OAuth) and the LLM API you specify. The terms, availability and pricing of those services are set by their providers, not by the developer.

8. 規約の変更 8. Changes to these terms

本規約は、機能の追加・法令の変更等に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます（最終更新日は冒頭に表示します）。 These terms may be revised as features or applicable law change. Revisions take effect when published on this page; the last-updated date is shown at the top.

9. 準拠法 9. Governing law

本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。 These terms are interpreted under the laws of Japan.
