第1条 適用 / Article 1: Scope

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、TiAb Review Plugin（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本サービスをインストールまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using TiAb Review Plugin ("the Service"). By installing or using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

第2条 サービスの概要 / Article 2: Service Overview

  1. 本サービスは、Systematic Review のタイトル・抄録スクリーニングを効率化するための Chrome 拡張機能です。 The Service is a Chrome extension designed to streamline title and abstract screening for Systematic Reviews.
  2. 本サービスは、Google Sheets API および Google Drive API を利用してデータの保存・管理を行います。 The Service uses Google Sheets API and Google Drive API for data storage and management.
  3. 本サービスは無料で提供され、研究・学術目的での利用を想定しています。 The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for research and academic purposes.

第3条 利用登録 / Article 3: Registration

  1. 本サービスの利用には Google アカウントが必要です。 A Google Account is required to use the Service.
  2. ユーザーは、Google アカウントを通じて本サービスに OAuth 認証を許可することで、サービスを利用できます。 Users can access the Service by granting OAuth authorization through their Google Account.

第4条 禁止事項 / Article 4: Prohibited Activities

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為 Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為 Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
  3. 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブル Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
  4. 本サービスを悪用した不正アクセスやセキュリティ攻撃 Unauthorized access or security attacks using the Service
  5. 第三者になりすます行為 Impersonating others
  6. その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為 Other activities deemed inappropriate by the developer

第5条 データの取り扱い / Article 5: Data Handling

  1. 本サービスは、ユーザーの Google アカウント情報（メールアドレス）および Google Sheets/Drive のデータにアクセスする許可を要求します。 The Service requests permission to access user Google Account information (email address) and Google Sheets/Drive data.
  2. これらのデータは、スクリーニング作業の遂行およびデータの保存・共有のためにのみ使用されます。 This data is used solely for conducting screening work and storing/sharing data.
  3. ユーザーのデータは、ユーザー自身の Google Drive に保存され、開発者のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。 User data is stored in the user's own Google Drive and is not transmitted to or stored on the developer's servers.

第6条 知的財産権 / Article 6: Intellectual Property

  1. 本サービスに関する知的財産権は、開発者またはライセンス許諾者に帰属します。 Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the developer or licensors.
  2. 本サービスは MIT ライセンスの下で提供されており、ソースコードの利用条件は当該ライセンスに従います。 The Service is provided under the MIT License, and the use of source code is subject to the terms of that license.

第7条 免責事項 / Article 7: Disclaimer

  1. 本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる種類の保証も行いません。 The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
  2. 開発者は、本サービスの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。 The developer assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
  3. 本サービスの利用により生じた研究データの損失、スクリーニング結果の誤り、その他いかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。 The developer is not responsible for any loss of research data, screening errors, or any other damages resulting from the use of the Service.
  4. ユーザーは、本サービスを利用する際、自己の責任においてデータのバックアップを行うことをお勧めします。 Users are advised to back up their data at their own responsibility when using the Service.

第8条 サービスの変更・停止 / Article 8: Service Changes and Termination

  1. 開発者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更、または提供を停止することができます。 The developer may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
  2. 開発者は、サービスの変更・停止によりユーザーに生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。 The developer assumes no liability for any damages to users resulting from changes to or discontinuation of the Service.

第9条 規約の変更 / Article 9: Changes to Terms

  1. 開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。 The developer may modify these Terms as necessary.
  2. 規約の変更は、本サービスまたは関連ウェブサイトにて公開された時点で効力を生じます。 Changes to the Terms become effective when posted on the Service or related website.
  3. 規約変更後も本サービスを継続して利用した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。 Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

第10条 準拠法・管轄 / Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. 本規約は日本法に準拠します。 These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. 本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 Any disputes concerning these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
